The coating dries rapidly in summer months. It reflects up to 98% of the heat, and reduces interior temperature dramatically.

Maximum Stretch inhibits algae and fungus growth in southern high humidity regions. It is best applied with a Graco 12 horse Power Roof Rig or equivalent with 150’ of hose and a reverse-a-tip spray gun with a .30 to .60 thousandth diameter spray tip.
