Oak Lawn Roofing – A Roofer Not Watching The Weather Forecast,This is what happens when you hire a roofing contractor that does not care about your house. Apparently this roofer only was concerned about trying to get the job done. There is new Ice and Water shield and regular 15 lbs felt exposed to the elements while they tarped in the old shingles and new roofing still in the bundles. Kind of have that backwards. At Stan’s Roofing & Siding, we take great care for your house and would not even be on this house with the winter conditions as they were. At the least, the area that already has the old roofing removed, we would of installed the new shingles and not relied on Ice & Water shield and felt paper. Most likely that felt paper will have to be removed and new felt installed before the new shingles are installed.,
